Can you transfer everything from my old PC to a new one?
Yes — files, photos, documents, browser bookmarks, email, and settings. Some programs may need to be reinstalled (we'll guide you).
How long does the setup take?
Most setups are completed overnight. We pick up your computers and return them the next day fully set up.
Can you set up a Mac as well?
Yes. We set up both Windows PCs and Apple Macs, including data transfer between platforms.
What happens to my old computer?
We can securely wipe the data and recycle it for you, or simply hand it back once the transfer is done.
